Introductory Session

The Discussion

The introductory session starts with us going through where you feel you are at right now. We will discuss your lifestyle, habits, and schedule to design the most effective way forward specifically for you.

We will discuss the aspirations that you have, whether they are physique-based changes like weight loss and muscle hypertrophy or more performance-based such as a specific upcoming competition or maybe just a personal challenge like getting your first pull-up!

The Assessment

It is important to get a clear understanding of your current position to help measure future progress towards your goals. Each assessment is unique depending on the specific targets but typically we measure body metrics such as weight, height, waist size and limb circumferences and then look at your performance metrics like strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, and coordination.

The Plan

Using the information gained from the previous stages, we will put together a personalised, goal-oriented, science-driven plan for us to work together on which will be both achievable and sustainable for you to be successful in achieving your goals.

Effective & Science-Based Fitness

Train knowing that you are getting the most out of what you put in. We work hard to ensure that the structure of our sessions are always aligned with your goals to get you to them as efficiently as possible.

Injury Prevention

Run by a physiotherapist specialising in sports, M.V.P. focuses on safety and sustainability, in which correctly tailored exercise selection and proper technique are fundamental pillars of our work.

Exercise Plans & Documented Workouts

If you want to be doing extra training outside of our sessions, M.V.P. will create a unique exercise plan for you as part of the package. Alongside this, each workout completed together will be sent to you via a shared document showing how you performed, providing data for future improvements and goal tracking.

Accountability & Habit Formation

Signing up for one of our 10-week packages offers an ideal amount of time for results while remaining flexible. Unfortunately, there are no quick fixes for your health and fitness. It will require consistent effort, perseverance, and healthy habit formation to succeed and we are here to guide you every step of the way!

Our fully private facility means absolutely zero distractions getting in the way of your results. No more having to deal with crowded spaces in the gym or waiting for equipment!

We know that you can´t go full throttle all the time. As much as we love working hard in the gym, there will be those days when you simply need a rest. So lay back, relax, and swap out your fitness session with one of our massages detailed below.

10 WEEK PACKAGE PRICING

1 session a week
= 1000czk / 60min session

The cost of the package is 10000czk

2 sessions a week
= 950czk / 60min session

The cost of the package is 19000czk

3 sessions a week
= 900czk / 60min session

The cost of the package is 27000czk

  • We understand sessions can be missed through the likes of illness and holidays which is why at M.V.P. all 10-week packages are valid for 3 months (∼13 weeks) from the starting date.

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session will be fully charged.

CLASSIC SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage consists of 5 different strokes which will all be done during your session. After taking a thorough case history, we will apply each of the strokes to the best effect for your individual needs. The massage will not follow a predetermined sequence, but will rather be responsive to your body.


When to choose a Swedish massage
:

  • Relaxation and stress relief is your main focus

  • You are new to massage

  • Pampering experience

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

A deep tissue massage uses similar strokes to a Swedish massage but serves a different function. This massage goes beyond relaxation and is designed to address specific issues such as muscle pain and stiffness and to improve healing by increasing blood flow. Deep tissue massages use firmer pressure than Swedish massage.


When to choose a deep tissue massage
:

  • You have chronic muscle tension

  • Looking to improve range of motion and muscle function

  • You have a preference for massages with firmer pressure

SPORT SPECIFIC MASSAGE

A sports massage focuses on the muscles used during exercise or athletic activity. It can help reduce pre-exercise muscle tension, improve range of motion, and speed up recovery time. Sports massages can be in the form of a regular maintenance massage, pre event massage or post event massage.

When to choose a sport-specific massage:

  • You are an athlete

  • You have specific problem areas to be addressed

  • Your focus is not on relaxation but performance
